A Brain Sharpening, Energy Producing Smoothie

Getting your day started with adequate healthy fats, fiber and minerals can be challenging at times. Throwing it all together in a morning Smoothie helps! This is a morning favorite!

Note: It's easy to get confused when reading food labels today. To save you research time and frustration, I have linked as often as possible to my favorite brands.   1. First add coconut milk and lemon juice to the blender. Putting in liquid first allows the rest of the ingredients to blend easier.

  2. Next, add in the flax seeds, protein, fiber, spinach, blueberries, acerola and ice cubes. Blend well.

  3. Quickly pulse in (no more than 3 times) the Cellect and flax seed oil.

  4. Enjoy this great tasting, nutrient dense super shake!

Allergy/Health Information:

Unless you are allergic to coconut, this is a very healthy shake. You can always substitute out the coconut milk for almond milk if you desire. This shake has antioxidants, high levels of vitamin C, fantastic oils for brain health, collagen for healing your skin and gut, as well as enormous amounts of trace elements your DNA sequencing needs to keep you healthy.
